Both started as tools we wanted to use ourselves. Same rules in each: real data, fast answers, nothing decorative in the way.

A watchlist-driven flight tracker. Add the tail numbers you follow and get live positions, altitude and ground speed on a map built for reading at a glance — plus a nudge when a flight goes wheels-up or touches down.
Itineraries that survive contact with the real world.
Plan a trip as a set of days, not a wall of reservations. Flights, stays and drives sit next to the weather and the packing list, and export cleanly to a calendar or a printable sheet when someone asks for the plan.
02 / Studio
TJM Studios exists so a small number of products can share one standard instead of drifting apart. The tracker gets the data plumbing right; the planner gets the itinerary model right; both look and behave like they came from the same workshop.
Everything is built in-house and shipped when it is actually finished. No sales team, no roadmap theatre — just two live products, two in the shop, and a console where the owner can see the state of all of it.
